Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as using or purchasing from our website means you agree to them.
Ordering, Delivery, Returns & Refunds
You can buy products from us online. Soon after an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation for the transaction amount. This means your bank has authorised the transaction. We will send you an email confirmation once the goods have been dispatched.
All transactions are processed using a secure server.
The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds.
We aim to deliver within the UK in around three days. We can also send overseas. We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if your item doesn't arrive when expected, and we will investigate.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition within 10 days for a refund of the item or a replacement. Original delivery charges and return postage costs will only be refunded if your order is incorrect, damaged or faulty. Original delivery charges and return postage costs will NOT be refunded if your order is simply unwanted or unsuitable. We aim to ensure that you will receive your refund within 4 weeks.
